The Role
You will be an integral member of the operational team, responsible for setting up, packing away, transporting, and storing our AirXtreme indoor inflatable. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that the hall is prepared to a high standard for customer visits on Saturdays and Sundays. The primary shifts will be on Fridays and Sundays from 6:00pm to 9:30pm. Additional hours will be allocated as per the requirements, and flexibility is paramount for this role due to the occurrence of various events within the centre.
What does the role involve:
- Set‑up and dismantling of our AirXtreme Inflatable equipment: Adhere to established schedules and ensure the equipment is properly set up and taken down.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Familiarise yourself with health and safety regulations and manual handling procedures. Implement these measures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Facility Maintenance and Monitoring: Regularly monitor and maintain all facilities to ensure cleanliness and the absence of any potential hazards.
- Customer Service Excellence: Treat customers with respect and provide exceptional customer service.
- Staff Welfare: Prioritise the well‑being of staff and ensure they are treated with respect and fairness.
- Safety of All: Prioritise the safety of all customers and safeguard children and vulnerable adults.
Experience:
- Experience in moving large equipment and following set-up plans
- Working to strict deadlines
- Experience in a dryside Leisure Environment

This role will be based at Havant but will be expected to travel to other company sites as the need requires.
