What we are looking for
- The ability to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with a mixed commercial andresidential property conveyancing caseload, with minimum supervision
- A desire and ability to deliver work ahead of client expectations
Key responsibilities of role
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial and residential property transactions
- Responsibility for maintaining high professional standards of work
- Business development for the team and the firm as a whole through networking, advertising and other marketing to ensure increase in volume of new high quality and profitable work
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years post qualified experience Qualified in England and Wales Clean Practicing Certificate Knowledge of Leap case management system.
Hours
Flexible – full or part-time applications will be considered.
Salary
£60,000.00 - £75,000.00.
