The Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the sale of holiday lodges and caravans at Trossachs Holiday Park. The role focuses on generating leads, conducting viewings, assisting customers throughout the buying journey, and helping the wider sales team achieve targets. Key Responsibilities
- Support the achievement of sales targets for holiday lodges and caravans.
- Generate leads through enquiries, referrals, marketing campaigns, and local networking.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, website, and social media.

- Be willing to assist with general park activities when required.
Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate customer records using the company CRM or sales systems.
- Assist with quotations, sales paperwork, and customer documentation.
- Help ensure holiday homes and lodges are presented to a high standard.
- Support the handling of customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and consumer legislation relating to holiday home ownership.
Park Representation
- Act as an ambassador for Trossachs Holiday Park and represent the brand professionally at all times.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the park, local area, facilities, and holiday home products.
- Promote a positive image of the park both in person and online.
