Our dynamic client provides technical management, aircraft remarketing and advisory services to airlines, aircraft operators and owners, aircraft financiers, aircraft lessors and original equipment manufacturers. Headquartered in South East England, our client provides services worldwide to an international client base of commercial aviation, financiers, aviation lessors transport, and the corporate jet sectors.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the South East for a Business Development/Marketing Specialist. The role involves:

  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Conducting market research
  • Generating leads
  • Building strong relationships with potential and current clients
  • Identifying potential clients from the leasing, financial, manufacturing and airline sectors worldwide
  • Maintaining and developing existing and new relationships
  • Leading the drafting and issuance of high-quality detailed marketing proposals, agreements and contracts
  • Reviewing, drafting and issuing comprehensive Request-For-Proposal (RFP) responses as required
  • Supporting colleagues in aircraft remarketing, acquisition, technical and advisory projects as required

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the international commercial airline sector, aircraft/engine models, and aviation products; knowledge of the business aviation market also a plus
  • Established aviation industry contact network and industry relationships
  • Experience of aircraft sales, acquisitions and/or technical consulting
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Lead generation and market research capabilities to identify and develop potential business opportunities
  • Strong customer service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
