Bushbury School in Wolverhampton is seeking a calm SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 7–19 with Autism and Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN). You will help with learning, communication and emotional regulation in a structured environment.
You’ll work with teachers to tailor learning pathways, provide 1:1 and small-group support, use AAC and other strategies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote wellbeing and engagement.
