About the role
As an Team Manager, you will support the Manager in leading the team to support our young people in supported accommodation.
You must be practical, flexible, and able to respond to a variety of situations.
You will be supporting the manager to ensure full compliance on health and safety monitoring, implement and manage safeguarding practices, attend multi professional meetings, placement disruption meetings, young person reviews, hold a small caseload of people with complex needs, monitoring and auditing, creating rotas, writing support plans.
Shifts will include evenings, weekends and sleep ins.
