Horizon Care Ltd is seeking an inspirational SENCO for Olympus Academy in Croydon.

The post supports pupils aged 11–19 with Special Educational Needs, including SEMH, and focuses on high-quality teaching and learning.

The SENCO will work with Headteachers and the Education team to lead SEND provision, ensure compliance with SEND Code of Practice, and drive outcomes for young people with passion and resilience.
