You will support young people transitioning to independent living, providing emotional and practical help, safeguarding, and coordinating education, training and employment.
The role requires experience with vulnerable young people, safeguarding skills, resilience, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
A driving license and vehicle access are preferred.
