Horizon Care have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to join our fantastic team in Leicester. Experience in a similar role is desirable, and experience working with children is essential. Must hold a full UK driving license.

About the role: As a Team Manager, you will support the Manager in leading the team to support our young people in supported accommodation. You must be practical, flexible, and able to respond to a variety of situations. You will be supporting the manager to ensure full compliance on health and safety monitoring, implement and manage safeguarding practices, attend multi-professional meetings, placement disruption meetings, young person reviews, hold a small caseload of people with complex needs, monitoring and auditing, creating rotas, and writing support plans. Shifts will include evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
