We are looking for a peripatetic teacher to join the Alternative Learning Pathway team at Woodbury School, Wolverhampton. The role involves delivering one‑to‑one education in community settings and supporting students aged 8‑25 who find school environments unsuitable. The teacher will attend meetings, training, and may cover lessons at the school when required. A car or van is required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised learning programmes, including tutoring, mentoring and online learning.
- Build and maintain educational relationships with students.
- Attend school meetings, training sessions and support lessons when needed.
- Adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs.
Minimum Requirements
- QTS or QTLS qualification.
- Proven teaching and learning experience.
- Up‑to‑date safeguarding and child protection knowledge and experience.
