We are looking for an inspirational SENCO at our brand new Meadowbrook School located in Long Eaton. The school will provide high-quality education to up to 80 pupils aged 5‑19, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Autism. As part of a senior leadership team supported by Headteachers, Operational Directors, and the Managing Director, you will work collaboratively with staff to deliver the best outcomes for children and young people.
Role Overview
To be our SENCo you’ll be a multi‑talented professional with strong leadership and communication skills, endless enthusiasm, resilience and vision, and a commitment to the education and achievement of each young person. You will support the school’s holistic curriculum and ensure that pupils develop functional life skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the SEN provision for pupils 5‑19.

Qualifications & Requirements
