Part Time Children's Residential Support Worker at Horizon Care and Education. Support young people in many aspects of daily life within our homes. Help young people continue hobbies, social activities, friendships and learn new skills. Provide day‑to‑day care and create a safe, homely, therapeutic environment. Support daily routines such as getting ready for school and healthy balanced meals. Ensure a safe space to relax and unwind within the home. Support young people to reach their potential and experience new opportunities. Support development through stimulating activities and consistent care. Build meaningful relationships and ensure safeguarding needs are met. Work collaboratively with other professionals and contribute to care planning.
Requirements:
- Full UK Manual Driving licence (essential for transporting children to school, appointments and activities).
