We are seeking a Regional Support Manager to join our children’s residential care division. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced leaders who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people while supporting and strengthening our network of homes. Covering Leeds to Leicester Region.

Responsibilities

  • Providing parachute support to Registered Managers when additional capacity or expertise is required.
  • Delivering audits, coaching, and mentoring to ensure best practice and continuous improvement.
  • Offering interim management cover in homes without a manager, ensuring consistency and high standards of care.
  • Guiding and supporting staff teams to maintain a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment.
  • In exceptional circumstances, you may be asked to take on home registration responsibilities, though this is not an initial expectation of the role.

About You / Qualifications

  • Significant experience in children’s residential care, ideally as a Senior/Peripatetic Registered Manager or equivalent senior role.
  • A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
  • The ability to quickly assess, stabilise, and strengthen services.
  • Flexibility to travel across regions as required.
