Horizon Care and Education have an exciting opportunity for a Premises Manager to be based at our new Wickham Park School based in West Wickham, Bromley. Wickham Park School will be a brand‑new SEN school in the heart of Bromley, South London. Set across three buildings, the school will provide exceptional, modern learning facilities for up to 70 pupils aged 5‑19 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism.

In the next few weeks, the site will evolve into an inspiring collection of warm, nurturing classrooms; a vibrant and fully resourced library; a specialist teaching kitchen; a creative art studio; and a suite of dedicated therapeutic and co‑regulation spaces designed to support a rich diversity of needs. Refurbishment is currently underway, with completion scheduled for late Summer.

Profile
  • Responsibility for managing the school sites and vehicles.
  • Completing maintenance tasks, carrying out compliance checks, ensuring a safe, clean and well‑maintained site at all times.
  • Working independently across the school site with a variety of responsibilities and tasks to complete on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Utilising established handyman/maintenance skills for both internal and external works.
