What You’ll Get To Do
- ER Case Management: Advise managers, handle investigations, disciplinaries, and appeals, ensuring timely resolution.
- Policy & Compliance: Embed HR policies, provide advice on employment law, and maintain accurate records.
- Manager Coaching: Upskill managers in HR policy application.
- Absence & Flexible Working: Manage caseloads related to short‑term absence, probation, and flexible working.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collate and analyse people data, including absence rates and ER trends.
- HR Toolkits & Resources: Assist in drafting ER toolkits, manager guidance, and policy updates.
- Administration: Oversee Sage People administration and generate HR reports.
You’re Perfect For This Role If You Have
- Demonstrable experience: providing HR advice in a fast‑paced environment.
- Expert Communication: both written and verbal.
- Technology Confident: confident working with HR Systems and IT packages.
- Experience with SAGE HR is advantageous!
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
- Effective communication style to effectively collaborate with people at all levels.
- ER Expertise: knowledge of ER processes and policies.
- Strong knowledge of employment law.
- Ability to influence stakeholders up to senior leadership.
- Advantageous if you have a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management.
