Essential experience of working in learning and development in the education sector. To join our dedicated Talent and Development team. This is a key role supporting our care and support, and education divisions – helping to build staff capability, promote progression, and ensure training compliance across our diverse workforce.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partnering with managers across care, education, and therapy teams to identify and respond to learning needs
  • Supporting induction, mandatory training, and ongoing professional development initiatives
  • Administering our Learning Management System (LMS) – managing training records, bookings, and reporting
  • Coordinating apprenticeship programmes and liaising with external training providers
  • Designing and delivering engaging learning content and workshops
  • Evaluating training impact and contributing to compliance audits and internal reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a learning and development role – ideally in health, care, or education
  • Strong organizational and admin skills, including LMS experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Understanding of apprenticeship pathways and professional development routes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in a digital-first environment
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with a genuine passion for helping others grow
  • CIPD Level 5 or working towards
  • Knowledge of Ofsted frameworks
  • Experience supporting apprenticeship levy-funded training
