About The Role

Join our multidisciplinary team supporting young people with SEMH needs, trauma histories, communication difficulties and neurodiversity. You will deliver high-quality therapeutic support across our schools and residential settings.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver 1:1 and group therapeutic interventions
  • Complete assessments and contribute to EHCPs, behaviour and risk plans
  • Provide clinical consultation and training to staff
  • Work closely with external agencies (LA, CAMHS, schools)
  • Maintain clear clinical notes and outcomes data
  • Engage fully in supervision and CPD
