About the role:
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will support young people in the many different aspects of daily life within our homes including:
- Helping young people continue with hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and learn new skills.
- Supporting young people to reach their potential and experience new opportunities.
- Conducting Supervisions for staff members.
- Manage the home effectively in the absence of the Deputy or Manager.
- Effectively lead shifts, direct and support colleagues.
- Manage health and safety processes in the home including the implementation and monitoring of risk assessments.
- To support the induction of colleagues into the home.
- To be responsible for safeguarding and actively promoting the welfare of children and young people.
