Job Title: Team Manager (Young People-Supported Accommodation) Location: Somerset Salary: £35k per annum DOE plus £900 car allowance, mileage and on-call allowance Driving licence and car essential for travel Horizon Care have an opportunity for a Team Manager to join our fantastic team.
