Our unique SHINE (Supporting Healing In Nurturing Environments) Therapeutic Model will allow you to develop your practice using PACE and psychologically-informed trauma-responsive approaches to care. About the role: Helping young people continue with hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and learn new skills. Providing support with morning routines such as getting ready for school and making sure they have a good breakfast. Preparing evening meals and ensuring the young person has a safe space to relax and unwind within the home. You will need to be open to working in a reflective manner and deliver relationship-based, person centred care as part of a small team. This will involve a combination of day, evening, night, weekend, and bank holiday working.
