Horizon Care and Education have an opportunity for a Registered Manager to join our team to ensure exceptional care and a nurturing environment for our young people in our children\’s home.

As a Registered Manager, you will support young people in the many different aspects of daily life within our homes including:
* Manage a warm and friendly home that is a safe and supportive environment for our children and young people to achieve positive outcomes authentic to them
* Ensure compliance with the Childrens Homes Regulations and deliver high-quality care.
* Lead and inspire a motivated team, providing guidance and support.
* Manage budgets, resources, and the home environment.
* Safeguard young people and liaise with professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
* Drive continuous improvement and ensure the home\’s statement of purpose is fulfilled.

What we’re looking for from you:
* Extensive experience in children\’s residential care management.
* A strong understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* A commitment to providing a nurturing and empowering environment.
* You hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children\’s and Young People\’s Workforce
* You also hold your QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Children\’s Services or be willing to undertake this qualification as part of the role.
* Hold a full UK driving license
