Essential experience of working in learning and development in the education sector. To join our dedicated Talent and Development team. This is a key role supporting our care and support, and education divisions β helping to build staff capability, promote progression, and ensure training compliance across our diverse workforce.

What You'll Be Doing
- Partnering with managers across care, education, and therapy teams to identify and respond to learning needs
- Supporting induction, mandatory training, and ongoing professional development initiatives
- Administering our Learning Management System (LMS) β managing training records, bookings, and reporting
- Coordinating apprenticeship programmes and liaising with external training providers
- Designing and delivering engaging learning content and workshops
- Evaluating training impact and contributing to compliance audits and internal reporting
What Weβre Looking For
- Experience in a learning and development role β ideally in health, care, or education
- Strong organizational and admin skills, including LMS experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Understanding of apprenticeship pathways and professional development routes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in a digital-first environment
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with a genuine passion for helping others grow
Desirable (But Not Essential)
- CIPD Level 5 or working towards
- Knowledge of Ofsted frameworks
- Experience supporting apprenticeship levy-funded training
