DIVISIONAL RECRUITMENT LEAD Salary £35,000k 37.5 hours per week Hybrid working – with some travel to sites across England. Opportunity to earn monthly bonus Ensuring Recruitment & Onboarding for your division is undertaken in an efficient, candidate focused way. Working in partnership with the operations teams to provide appropriately experienced and qualified staff within specified timescales. Working collaboratively with the MD for Division to plan upcoming recruitment across the division. Supporting the Hiring manager to plan the recruitment of their role(s). Conducting initial screening, telephone and face to face interviews in conjunction with the relevant Hiring Manager, including administering selection testing material for roles as required. Supporting in the interview process if required Taking and providing constructive feedback from Managers and for candidates Supporting recruitment campaigns as required, ensuring that recruitment is organized and conducted expeditiously for all roles. Experience of managing volume recruitment campaigns in a structured manner and using ATS systems to streamline the recruitment process. Managing social media campaigns, working collaboratively with other teams to maximize the Horizon brand. Managing of all recruitment advertising including placing adverts on internal job boards and external recruitment job sites. Working with preferred suppliers to ensure Horizon are their client of choice. Responsible for providing accurate detail each week for jobs bulletins. Ensuring recruitment matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements Enhancing current operations through creating a culture of continuous improvement. Working with Hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure that candidates are processed as quickly and effectively as possible. Using recruitment job boards to promote and advertise open roles Make use of tools available for proactive candidate search and building talent pipelines. Updating candidate records in the ATS to ensure full visibility for the team. Ensuring that figures are collated for reporting weekly and monthly. Ensuring that all successful candidate files are compliant prior to offer approval. Responsible for increased brand awareness by building external relationships and links and increased external visibility Being mindful of the candidate journey and to become an ambassador for the Horizon brand.
