Contract type: Permanent, 39 weeks, term time only
Hours: 35 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- The HLTA Sports Coach will support the development of physical skills, wellbeing, and social interaction, while integrating therapy targets and curriculum objectives.
- The role includes leading school sports initiatives and developing staff confidence and skill in delivering adapted physical education.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral teams, therapists, senior leaders and families to provide a joined‑up approach to supporting pupils.
- You will help implement effective strategies, monitor progress and contribute to the continuous development of high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
