The Role
As a Senior Theatre Practitioner - Recovery, you’ll play a vital role across the patient pathway, delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care. You will:

Essential
- Registered Nurse (RGN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP Level 3)
- Previous experience in a theatre environment
- Previous recovery experience

- Commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based care
Desirable
- Orthopaedic experience
- Mentorship or clinical supervision qualification
- Evidence of continued professional development.
