Join our dedicated Patient Services Team at Horder Healthcare, where you'll play a vital role in supporting patients from their first enquiry through to treatment and recovery. Playing a pivotal role in our patient’s journeys, our Patient Services Advisors are responsible for anything from dealing with enquiries to making all bookings related to a patient’s pathway.
We are on the lookout for an empathetic and customer-focused individual to join our Patient Services team, who pride themselves on providing 5* service to both our valued patients and employees. Based from The Horder Centre, Crowborough, this is a full-time, fixed term role, with fantastic opportunities to learn, develop and grow within our outstanding CQC rated hospital.
About you:

Location: The Horder Centre, Crowborough
Contract Type: Full-time, Fixed Term for 12 months
Working Pattern: Office Hours, Monday to Friday
Salary range: £24,784.50 - £25,564.50 per annum
