We’re on the look‑out for a Health Care Assistant with bags of energy to deliver exceptional patient care in our theatre based at The Horder Centre, Crowborough. You will play a vital role in delivering the highest standard of care and service for patients, visitors and colleagues. You will assist the registered nurses/operating department practitioners in the maintenance of a high standard of planned patient care using evidence based practice.

Must Haves:

  • Healthcare Assistant, NVQ Level 1/2/3 an advantage
  • To be accountable for own practice. Develop a reflective approach to own practices setting personal objectives and reviewing self-development
  • To develop and maintain own professional competence
  • The ability to assess patient needs and ensure the appropriate care is given
  • Smart presentable appearance

Full time 37.5 hours per week working over 4 days 08:00 - 18:00

Salary from £25,155.00 to £25,837.50 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
