We are looking for a friendly and capable Guest Services Assistant to join our team on a Fixed Term basis at The Horder Centre, Crowborough. As a Guest Services Assistant, you will play a dual role, combining ward clerk/reception duties with clinical administration support to ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. This is a varied and dynamic role, requiring excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently multitask in a healthcare environment.

Location: The Horder Centre, Crowborough

Contract Type: Fixed Term, Full time 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 7.5 hours with a 30-minute lunch break

Salary Range: Between £24,921 - £25,857.00 per annum

Right to work in the UK: In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencing employment. As such, we will not be accepting any visa sponsorships for this role, and candidates must be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK independently, without sponsorship from Horder Healthcare.
