As our Theatre Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a motivated, compassionate and skilled theatre team. Your leadership will directly influence patient experience, staff wellbeing and the continued clinical excellence we’re proud of.
What You’ll Do- Lead, inspire and develop a talented theatre team.
- Maintain exceptional clinical standards and uphold our Outstanding CQC rating.
- Ensure safe, seamless and high‑quality patient care.
- Oversee staffing, resources and theatre operations effectively.
- Drive service improvements and champion a positive safety culture.
- Work collaboratively with other clinical teams to deliver outstanding patient pathways.
- Support recruitment, staff development and performance management.
- Use your clinical expertise to mentor and guide best practice.
Location: The Horder Centre, Crowborough
Contract Type: Permanent
Work Pattern: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £71,077.50 per annum (Experience Dependant)
Right to work in the UK: In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencing employment.
