We’re looking for a People and Recruitment Coordinator to join our friendly, professional People team and play a pivotal role in attracting and engaging future talent and supporting colleagues across the organisation.

This role is ideal for an experienced Recruitment or HR Administrator who enjoys building relationships, thrives on organisation, and wants to make a meaningful impact within a values‑led healthcare environment.

About the role

Working within a multi-skilled HR team, you’ll support the end-to-end recruitment process, whilst also contributing to wider HR lifecycle activities and projects. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, the People team and external partners to ensure recruitment activity runs smoothly, efficiently and compliantly.

You’ll be a key point of contact for candidates, delivering a proactive, high-quality experience that reflects Horder Healthcare’s reputation and values, while helping to improve time‑to‑hire and vacancy fill rates.

What you’ll be doing
  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from job adverts and candidate sourcing through to interview coordination and offer management.
  • Proactively source candidates to secure high-quality talent.
  • Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates, providing updates and responding to queries.
  • Ensure recruitment activity is compliant with employment law, internal policy and best practice.
  • Maintain accurate records across HR and recruitment systems.
  • Support onboarding, reporting, KPIs, reference checks and wider HR administration as required.
  • Participate in interview panels where required.
  • Liaise with external recruitment agencies where required.
About You

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in a Recruitment, HR Administration or Coordination role.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience using ATS and HR systems, with exposure to reporting tools.
  • A professional, confidential approach to handling sensitive information.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • A passion for learning, improvement and delivering a great candidate experience.
Location: Multi-site - including travel between The Horder Centre, Crowborough, The McIndoe Centre, East Grinstead, and occasional travel to our Coastal clinics in Seaford and Eastbourne.
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £27,495.00 - £32,500.00 per annum, depending on experience.
