We’re on the look-out for a Night-time Housekeeping Assistant, with meticulous standards to support a friendly team of Housekeeping Assistants. You’ll make sure that cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout our hospital, The McIndoe Centre.
Location: The McIndoe Centre, East Grinstead
Hourly Rate: £20.34 (inclusive of night enhancements)
Contract Type: Bank (shift times between 7pm to midnight)
About You
- Strong background in cleaning standards – NVQ/QCF Level 2 qualified with hospital cleaning experience and knowledge of infection control, Health & Safety, and COSHH is desirable.
- Reliable, flexible, and committed – Dependable work ethic with the ability to adapt to changing demands.
- Works well independently or in a team – Comfortable taking initiative as well as collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- Calm and capable under pressure – Able to maintain high standards even in busy or demanding environments.
- Excellent communication and organisation – Clear communicator with strong planning and prioritisation skills.
- Supportive leadership abilities – Confident in mentoring and guiding team members when required.
