What You’ll Be Doing
- Produce accurate correspondence, clinic notes, and medical documentation with exceptional attention to detail.
- Manage consultant diaries and clinic workflows to support seamless patient journeys.
- Handle patient enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper records in line with organisational and clinical standards.
- Liaise effectively with consultants, clinical teams, theatres, and reception to support smooth operational delivery.
- Uphold our values through excellent communication, integrity, and a patient‑centred approach in every interaction.
You will be someone who brings a positive, kind, and professional attitude to their work. You’ll also have:
- Experience in medical secretarial work.
- Excellent typing and document production skills, with strong accuracy and grammar.
- Confidence using digital systems, including Microsoft Office and patient management software.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.
