Horbury Property Services Ltd are looking for an organised and proactive Planning and Support Coordinator to join their team. This is a varied role where you will coordinate and manage administration and planning duties for a number of contracts ensuring resources are deployed efficiently and effectively, and all administration meets contract and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, plan, and monitor the daily work of field operatives to meet KPIs and SLAs.
  • Produce regular reports and maintain accurate records using software and manual systems.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing client and customer communications professionally.
  • Maintain staff records, including sickness, holiday, and operational requirements (e.g., paperwork, uniforms, van stock).
  • Update asset registers and arrange routine maintenance and inspections in line with contractual and legislative requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support, including document management, filing, and system updates.
  • Monitor job progress, address delays, and carry out data housekeeping activities.
  • Support cost estimation, tender preparation, and documentation for projects.
  • Assist in maintaining client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and following up on submissions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and occasionally provide on-site support as needed.
