Horbury Academy is seeking a committed SEN Learning Mentor to join the support team. You will deliver tailored interventions for pupils with Special Educational Needs, planning programmes for individuals and small groups, with a focus on literacy, numeracy, and overall academic progress.
You will also provide pastoral support to enhance wellbeing, engagement and inclusion, and work with staff and external agencies to enable pupils to overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
