Hopwood Hall College is seeking a Safeguarding and Welfare Mentor to provide pastoral and welfare support for learners in the Electrical Installation Automotive and Security department. You will monitor attendance, identify barriers, and refer to safeguarding teams as needed, acting as a single point of contact for learners, parents, and staff.
You will work with curriculum teams, support at-risk learners, and help implement the Mental Health Strategy while maintaining detailed records in the ILP.
