We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Lecturer to join our teaching team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, engaging teaching across a range of full-time and part-time programmes.
- Plan, prepare, and assess learning activities while promoting essential skills such as literacy, numeracy and digital capability.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and support the delivery of basic and key skills.
- Maximise learner attendance, retention, and punctuality within assigned groups to ensure an outstanding learning experience for all.
About You / Qualifications
- Suitably qualified and experienced professional with a strong background in the relevant subject area. Applicants should hold a recognised teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one.
- Demonstrate comprehensive subject knowledge, an understanding of current educational initiatives, and a creative, innovative approach to developing teaching materials.
- Intermediate IT skills are essential, particularly in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Desirable skills include familiarity with learner management systems, student record systems, virtual learning environments and e-learning platforms.
