You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, engaging teaching across the Care To Lead programme which is related to residential childcare. The programme is designed to support staff already working in the sector to develop the management skills needed to become a team leader. You will plan, prepare, and assess learning activities and support learners to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support curriculum development aligned with Rochdale and Greater Manchester priorities
- Engage with residential childcare providers and sector partners for curriculum input and placements
- Deliver safeguarding and pastoral support embedded within college structures
- Monitor learner progress, attendance, and achievement, with early intervention where needed

- Comprehensive subject knowledge and understanding of current educational initiatives
