As a Head Housekeeper for Hopton Cottage Care Home, you will value kindness above all, because it drives every aspect of our service. You must have experience of leading a housekeeping team. You will manage the cleaning rota, leading by example. Whether planning the week's audit programme, ordering a new batch of cleaning products, supporting and supervising colleagues, or reading up on new infection control procedures and planning training, you will always have the wellbeing of our residents in mind above anything else.

We are looking for an experienced head housekeeper with proven team leadership, record keeping, and time management skills. You will need a comprehensive awareness of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations, as well as infection control. What is essential is your positive energy and natural ability to get along with people and be considerate and kind.

In return for all of this, you will receive a competitive salary package at £15 per hour and you will be joining a great team of colleagues.
