Hopton Cottage is a residential care home and is fully staffed 24 hours a day. Every room has been designed to offer maximum luxury and comfort, regardless of age or physical ability.

The Role:

Hopton Cottage Care Home are looking for a leader of people, who has been a successful manager or experienced deputy manager in a care home for older people, preferably someone with experience of good and outstanding practice already. They want someone who knows high standards and who can deliver them through a team of dedicated carers. This is a brilliant job for an experienced manager who understands the current standards and wants the resources to be able to deliver that.

Skills Qualifications:

  • Ideally Level 5 (Or willingness to undertake this)
  • Minimum of two years’ experience
