Hopscotch is a leading multidisciplinary therapy centre dedicated to supporting children and young adults with neurodevelopmental differences, including autism, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, and speech and motor delays. Our services focus on Occupational Therapy and Speech & Language Therapy, delivered in a warm, family‑centred environment where clinical excellence meets compassionate care.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our busy, well‑established private clinic. This role requires a strong organisational leader with a commercial mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while managing a dynamic schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management – Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth scheduling and service delivery.
- Team Leadership – Manage two direct part‑time team members, including one who works Saturdays, as the clinic operates Monday to Saturday.
- Compliance – Maintain compliance with clinical and administrative standards.
- Client & Team Coordination – Ensure therapists’ schedules are optimised for efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Client Support – Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and escalations.
- Culture – Foster a positive, collaborative environment for staff and families.
- Commercial & Strategic Focus – Monitor KPIs and clinic performance, reporting to senior leadership.
- Operational Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and client experience.
- Growth Support – Support growth initiatives aligned with Hopscotch’s mission.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a busy healthcare or therapy clinic.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of private practice operations.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working with neurodiverse children and young adults (ages 6 months to 25 years).
- Familiarity with Occupational Therapy and Speech & Language Therapy services.
- Knowledge of UK healthcare policies and EHCP processes.
- Ability to manage complex schedules and maintain high standards of client care.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Oversight of Saturday operations (managed by part‑time staff): 08:30 AM – 5:00 PM
