Hopscotch is an international communications group with offices in 35 countries. With an enviable portfolio of blue chip clients across multiple sectors, and ambitious global expansion plans, we are looking for a Global Client Solutions Executive who will support in developing the business both in the UK and internationally.
As Global Client Solutions Executive, you will grow the business and expand Hopscotch Group’s presence in your market by targeting the Group’s existing local clients and acquiring new strategic accounts (both international and local), in coordination with the Group’s business development teams and local teams.
- Define priority targets (sectors, accounts) based on local expertise and group priorities;
- Identify and acquire new strategic clients (major international accounts and local players);
- Adapt the group’s offering to the specific characteristics and needs of the local market;
- Develop and activate a network of local influencers and partners;
- Use traditional prospecting techniques (phone, trade shows, meetings) and digital techniques (social selling);
- Work with the local and global teams on developing winning pitches;
- Represent the Hopscotch Group in the market and build its local reputation;
- Collaborate with the Group Marketing and Communications Department to adapt sales materials to the local market;
- Develop and maintain a network of local influencers;
- Conduct competitive and sector-specific market monitoring;
- Share market insights with the International Department and Group teams;
- Update and validate the Group CRM (Pipedrive) on a daily basis;
- Provide structured bi-monthly reports to the International Management Team;
- Participate in cross-functional sales meetings and represent the market internally;
- Coordinate account management with local and international Account Directors;
Requirements:
- Have experience in a communications agency and have a strong network of industry contacts;
- Have a proven ability to identify leads, pitch services, and close deals;
- Have the ability to align agency services with client marketing needs;
- Be able to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously with attention to deadlines;
- Have the ability to interpret sales data, KPIs, and market research to inform decisions;
Location: London (office 3 days a week, remote working 2 days a week).
Type of Contract: Full time, permanent.
