We are looking for positive thinking, motivated, qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our wonderful team. If you are passionate about making our children\'s early years special, then we would love to hear from you
Hopscotch Nursery is an exciting setting in the Priory Campus in Barnsley. We offer a real home from home feel with a Loose Parts/Curiosity inspired approach that places children firmly at the centre of everything we do. We offer funded places to all eligible children and extended opening hours to our NHS and blue light families.
As an Early Years Practitioner you will be responsible for:
- Delivering excellent care and education to the children
- Ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of the children in your care
- Undertaking statutory CPD e.g. paediatric first aid
- Working alongside a team of inspiring practitioners to create an environment that truly enables children
- Planning and supporting age-appropriate play opportunities in line with the curriculum and individual needs of the children in your care
- Looking convincingly excited when asked to drink mud potions and fairy teas

Previous experience with children aged 0-5, paediatric first aid and a level 2 or 3 qualification relating to early years childcare is required.
