Our vibrant nursery in Regents Park, Southampton is on the lookout for Qualified Early Years Practitioners to become part of our warm and welcoming Hopscotch team. What We’re Looking For:

  • Essential Qualification: Level 3, 5, or 6 in Early Years Education (full and relevant as per the DFE list of relevant qualifications)
  • Recruitment Process: All applicants will undergo safer recruitment checks, including a completed Application Form and DBS clearance

Your Role:

  • Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with EYFS standards
  • Be a reliable, proactive team player, collaborating with fellow childcare professionals
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with parents and guardians about their child’s development
  • Foster a stimulating and nurturing environment where children can thrive
  • Ensure all documentation and procedures are completed with accuracy and care

Position Details:

  • Hours: Full and Part time roles available between 24-40hrs week working Monday–Friday, 52 weeks a year (8 hour shifts between 7am-6pm)
  • Salary Range: £27,372.80-£29,848.00 (Pro rata based on 40hrs week)
  • Regents Park staff receive an additional £0.30/hour location weighting (this is included in salary above; subject to terms)
