Join Our Harbourside Setting at Hill Head. Nestled in a truly unique location on Hill Head Harbour Fareham, our stunning setting is embraced by the beauty of Titchfield Haven Nature Reserve—a remarkable landscape of rivers, marshlands, ponds, and Solent coastline, quite literally on our doorstep. Our vision is simple: nature is the classroom. Children will be immersed in outdoor learning, exploring the captivating shoreline and the diverse habitats of the nature reserve that surrounds us.

We’re looking for passionate Level 2 or higher Early Years Practitioners who are excited to help shape something special.

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualified childcare professionals with experience
  • A genuine love for the outdoors—beaches, forests, and wild spaces
  • A strong interest in sustainability and environmental education
  • Physical stamina and the energy to work outside in all weathers, actively playing and learning alongside children
  • Experience in Beach or Forest School environments is a plus

Details:

  • Full-time 32-40hrs week (Monday–Friday, 52 weeks a year 4-5 day week)
  • Salary Range: £26,748.80 - £29,224.00 (pro Rata)
