Are you passionate about shaping young minds and creating magical early learning experiences? Our vibrant nursery on Regents Park Road in Shirley is on the lookout for a Qualified Early Years Practitioner to become part of our warm and welcoming Hopscotch team.

What We\’re Looking For:

• Essential Qualification: Level 2, 3, 5, 6 in Early Years Education (full and relevant as per the DFE list of relevant qualifications)
• Recruitment Process: All applicants will undergo safer recruitment checks, including a completed Application Form and DBS clearance

Your Role:

• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with EYFS standards
• Be a reliable, proactive team player, collaborating with fellow childcare professionals
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with parents and guardians about their child\’s development
• Foster a stimulating and nurturing environment where children can thrive
• Ensure all documentation and procedures are completed with accuracy and care

Position Details:

• Availability: Full‑time (Monday‑Friday, 52 weeks a year) or Part‑time (3/4 day week or 5 days 11‑3pm, 52 weeks a year)
• Salary: £26,353.60 – £28,059.20 (pro‑rata); Regents Park staff receive an additional £0.30/hour location weighting (subject to terms)
