As the leading social impact agency, our work puts us at the intersection of our client’s purpose and today’s most pressing challenges: health and wellbeing, future skills and employability, sustainability and education. Our clients include WWF, Sport England, the NHS, Network Rail, Nike and more.

The role is hugely varied and covers marketing, event management, content generation, digital and social media. You’ll thrive if you enjoy collaborative environments where you can tackle a challenge, have strong attention to detail, love to multitask, are a creative thinker and feel.
- Working with your project teams to deliver creative, insight-led social impact programmes and campaigns, developing impactful content and communications plans.
- Building strong relationships with our key audiences to ensure everything we do is insight-led.
- Drafting engaging and impactful copy for a range of comms channels, including social media, email marketing, websites and articles.
- Managing client projects, organising and taking the minutes of client and internal meetings, updating and sharing project plans with clients, maintaining project timelines to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Supporting the development of new business proposals, through insightful research and assessment of competitor activity.
The ideal candidate will have some agency or project management experience, alongside a demonstrable passion for working in social impact.
