Your Role
As an established Account Director you will get stuck into client work from the outset, taking the lead on a varied portfolio of projects, nurturing and supporting a junior team to deliver account management excellence. You’ll thrive if you enjoy a collaborative environment where you can bring together your creative thinking, commercial mindset and high levels of organisation to deliver high quality, meaningful work. The role is multifaceted, with hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of programme and campaign development, from research and strategy planning through to content creation, marketing and impact evaluation.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading project teams to deliver creative, insight-led social impact programmes and campaigns, developing impactful content and communications plans
- Building strong client relationships and managing conversations with senior level stakeholders
- Acting as a role model for junior team members, motivating them to do their best work and supporting their development (including taking on line management responsibility in due course)
- Displaying strong commercial awareness, ensuring projects are profitable and delivered to deadlines, whilst maintaining a focus on organic growth
- Taking an active role in new business, preparing compelling proposals and bringing confidence, expertise and personality to the pitch process
- Working directly with the Senior Leadership Team to continuously push the agency forward, bringing fresh thinking and enthusiasm
