ABOUT We. SOCIAL IMPACT
Achieving social impact is complex. In a world facing interconnected challenges, meaningful change demands more than good intentions – it requires strategy, insight and measurable outcomes. We sit at the intersection of business and societal progress. Drawing on our expertise across health, sustainability, education and employability, we help organisations identify where they can make the greatest difference – and where that difference delivers real value, with clients such as WWF, Sport England, the NHS, Network Rail, Nike and more. From defining purpose to creating and measuring impact, we help our clients turn complex issues into transformative action – driving trust, relevance and long-term growth.
As part of We. Communications, we’re part of a diverse borderless team with access to world class insight, creative, activation, communications and PR capabilities, with offices on every continent. We’ve created a committed, talented team who challenge our clients to deliver on their brand promises – and we want to grow it with people who are passionate about turning purpose into positive action. ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll get stuck into client work from the outset, with plenty of support from your line manager and project teams. Taking ownership of individual workstreams, your organisation, enthusiasm and positivity will ensure projects run as smoothly as possible. The role is hugely varied and covers marketing, event management, content generation, digital and social media. You’ll thrive if you enjoy collaborative environments where you can tackle a challenge, have strong attention to detail, love to multitask, are a creative thinker and feel comfortable in taking your own initiative.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with your project teams to deliver creative, insight-led social impact programmes and campaigns, developing impactful content and communications plans.
- Building strong relationships with our key audiences to ensure everything we do is insight-led.
- Drafting engaging and impactful copy for a range of comms channels, including social media, email marketing, websites and articles.
- Managing client projects, organising and taking the minutes of client and internal meetings, updating and sharing project plans with clients, maintaining project timelines to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Supporting the development of new business proposals, through insightful research and assessment of competitor activity.
- Keeping up to speed with what’s happening in education, social impact and marketing, regularly sharing relevant insights.

- Social (willing to get involved in agency life and with your peer group).
- Flexible (a hybrid working model, supporting a working arrangement with at least two days in the office per week, one of which must be Thursday).
