- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records including session notes, assessment reports, treatment plans, and progress summaries for each child.
- Produce comprehensive EHCP reports, annual review contributions, and discharge summaries to a high standard and within agreed deadlines.
- Communicate progress and strategies clearly and professionally to parents, caregivers, and educational professionals.
- Ensure full compliance with confidentiality, safeguarding, and GDPR obligations in line with HCPC standards and Hopscotch policy.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration
- Work closely with our MDT, including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Educators, and the wider clinical team, to provide integrated, holistic care.
- Attend and contribute to MDT meetings, case discussions, and clinical supervision.
- Provide training, guidance, and communication strategies for parents, caregivers, and school staff to support children’s communication development across all environments.
- Professional Development
- Engage actively with clinical supervision and in-house CPD, including training in Sensory Integration and neurodevelopmental approaches.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of clinical learning within the team.
