Role Overview
We are seeking a part-time Clinic Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our busy, well-established private therapy clinic.
This role is ideal for someone highly organised, personable, and confident in managing clinical schedules, client communication, and operational coordination.
The position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis, with the potential to extend based on service needs.
Working days are flexible and may be arranged on a rotational basis with the Saturday team member, ensuring smooth coverage across the week.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management
- Support day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.
- Work alongside two part-time administrative team members, including the Saturday staff member, ensuring consistent operational oversight.
- Maintain compliance with clinical and administrative standards across the service.
- Client & Team Coordination
- Assist with therapist scheduling to ensure efficiency and an excellent client experience.
- Serve as a point of contact for client queries, managing communication professionally and sensitively.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative environment for therapists, admin staff, and families.
- Commercial & Strategic Support
- Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics, reporting trends to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities to optimise processes and enhance family experience.
- Support growth and service development initiatives that align with Hopscotch’s mission.
- Previous experience working in a healthcare, therapy, or client-facing service
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of private-practice operations.
- Experience supporting neurodiverse children and young people (ages 6 months to 25 years).
- Familiarity with Occupational Therapy and Speech & Language Therapy services.
- Understanding of UK healthcare policies, SEN processes, and EHCP frameworks.
- Experience managing busy or complex schedules.
- Working Hours
Part-Time (Flexible), e. g.
- Rotational coverage with Saturday operations, ensuring continuity of service
- Saturday operations run 08:30 AM – 5:00 PM, overseen by the part-time Saturday staff member
Specific working days will be agreed based on mutual availability and clinic needs.
